If you need to lose weight, you need a plan. Most people think about the plan, but never do it. I want to help you get started, and stay motivated. Let’s get started.
Check with your doctor first. Your doctor knows your situation better than I do, so have them give you options and boundaries based on your health condition first, then move forward.
You need to set up an eating plan to lower calories, fat, carbs (Whatever your doctor suggests). You also need some kind of food journal to capture your food intake information as you move forward. This is critical to Weight Loss and Fitness, but we will not be covering this in depth now.
Based on your physical abilities, you may have to adjust what I am explaining here. Use your own best judgment and doctor’s advice. You also know your surroundings, and the places you walk better than I do. Be Safe.
