Voicemail – If any person records a voicemail message on 657-333-0626 (the voicemail number for The Once Upon a Time Fan Podcast), it may be played on and/or discussed on the Once Upon a Time Fan Podcast. The identifying portions mentioned by the caller (name, town, website, etc) maybe be used in discussion, but any information outside of that will not be revealed unless verbal and/or email approval is given to mention it on the podcast.

Email – If any person sends an email to oncepodcast.com, it may be read on the podcast, included in website posts or promotional material. If the person sending the email wishes to keep their identifying portions included (name, town, website, etc.) anonymous, that person or persons should state that in the email. We make it a practice to not mention the person’s last name if provided.

Any Roneyzone Media Blog comments – If any person posts a comment a blog post, it may be read and/or discussed on the show. Any name listed on the comment will be used, because it has been made public by posting it on a comment that can be accessed by the general public.

Social Media sites/platforms/services comments – If any person posts, shares, retweets a comment meant for Once Upon a Time Fan Podcast (that can be viewed on the @ouatpodcast Twitter stream), that may be read on the podcast, included in website posts and promotional material. Any Twitter handle listed on the Tweet/status update, etc will be used, because it has been made public by posting it on a Social Media platform that can be accessed by the general public. Direct Messages (DMs) or private messaging will not be remain private unless approved to be made public by the sender.
